The listed times help us to ensure we have plenty of time for cleanings in between bookings. If there's not back-to-back bookings, we are flexible with check in/check out; however, during busy times, we have to be strict. Reserving an early check in/late check out in advance may be subject to an additional fee.
Yes - Dogtown/Hi-Pointe is one of the most sought-after places to live in the City of Saint Louis and is known for its low crime rate and family-rooted history. It's quiet, walkable and family-friendly.
Yes - When booking your reservation, please be sure to mention that you will be bringing children under age 2, and we will be sure to supply outlet covers, safety locks and everything needed to keep the little ones safe.
We will also have a pack n play available at the house, along with children's books, toys and reading material.
Yes - There are restaurants in walkable locations and many a short car drive. Enjoy Itailian cuisine on "The Hill", irish pubfood in Dogtown, and everything in between in downtown St. Louis (just 10 minutes away).
Yes - toiletries are provided, including toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Keep in mind we do NOT supply toothbrushes, toothpaste, or floss.
Yes - There are grocery stores and pharmacies within proximity, so you can easily swing by for any items you may need for your stay.
The Dogtown Dojo is on a private quiet block with free street parking including a private driveway and carport.
Yes - a Keurig is provided with complimentary coffee, tea, and purified water bottles.
Yes - this house has a newly remodeled modern kitchen, fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals from home, including olive oil, cooking spray, Himalayan salt, pepper, knives, scissors, cutting board, utensils, dishes, cups, wine/cocktail glasses, wine bottle opener, coffee mugs, pots, pans, baking sheets, strainers, oven mitts, etc.
We have a welcome manual inside the house with lists of nearby attractions, including specific restaurants, bakeries, cafes, parks, museums, and more. There will be no shortage of fun things to do while you're in town.
The nightlife in St. Louis is an eclectic sum of its parts, a collection of vibrant neighborhoods offering their unique night-time scenes. Downtown does dominate the city’s evening entertainment, but that's not all there is on offer.
Games nights at the iconic Busch Stadium mean that the many bars at Ballpark Village are packed with excited sports fans. A few blocks away, you’ll find a classy rooftop lounge and one of St. Louis' oldest speakeasies. Having a drink at one of the Soulard neighborhood patio bars and catching a live concert at The Pageant are some of the best activities in the city
